What is causing the buildup of inventory supplies? A lack of unforeseen problems?

It would be nice to see just how accurate they have been. I recall their predictions for 2012 were not at all accurate.

GasBuddy releases 2013 forecast for U.S. fuel prices. As the chart shows an increase in prices for the summer blends and a slow decrease to the winter fuels. So very little change then the previous year. Will there be more planned maintenance, upgrades and refinery fires or about the same? AND, producing fuel during those upgrades, fires and maintenance too? Big Oil and Big Gas sells fuel and natural gas on the world market for higher prices. The Keystone XL pipeline is to process crude oil into fuel at the gulf coast refineries and export that fuel to countries that will pay more for it. The US will Not see cheaper fuel prices! Big Oil will build the oil pipeline, no matter what Sneeky or D.C. Says. The US ‘oil and natural gas resources’ belong to the citizens of this country and are to be used by those same citizens! These resources are Not to be exported without taking care of the domestic market first.Speculators, manipulators and the banks continue to unfairly and unjustly make the driving public pay higher prices at the pump for their personal greedy benefit. The price at the pump needs to go down to $2/gallon - *$3, *$3.50/gallon or *$4.00 is Not the new low! As more and more vehicles are converted to natural gas the price of natural gas will go up and up, natural gas will Not have a very reasonable price for very long. More Refineries are Not the answer, Stop exporting fuel is! Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, vehicle manufactures Produce and the population ‘Drives’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! XII/XXII/MMXII! - The Day After......
